Frequently Asked Questions
What should I do if my HVAC system is not working properly?
Make sure all thermostat settings are enabled for heat/cool as per normal.
Visually inspect the equipment. Make note of any unusual sounds or smells. Record any unusual sounds, especially if they are not consistently repeatable.
If not operable, verify any relevant circuit breakers or electric switches are turned on.
Turn the system to the “Off” position at the thermostat. Depending on the nature of the failure, more issues can be caused while the system is under stress.

Most of the time, we are in the Annapolis area, and up and down Ritchie Highway. We can also serve surrounding parts Howard County, Baltimore County, Baltimore City, and Queen Anne’s County, or even beyond.
Our house is cold, but feels really humid, what can we do?
Humidity control in a home is just as important as temperature, but is often overlooked. There can be a few underlying causes related directly to your air conditioner, or an issue with the home construction itself.
After ruling out an issue specifically with the system; we would investigate equipment sizing, history, home construction methods and more.
Possible solutions include adjusting airflow settings, adding de-humidification devices, re-sizing equipment, or resolving construction errors.
